Devil May Care aims to entertain, engage and enliven diverse audiences through cutting edge contemporary theatre productions.

Founded in 2009 by Claire Nesbitt-Hawes and Sasha Misrachi, Devil May Care is a melting pot of Sydney’s most creative and vibrant young theatre talent. Devil May Care’s cheerfully irreverent attitude fosters collaborative theatre making between practitioners seeking to create dynamic and provocative performances. With a strong desire to entertain and engage diverse audiences through cutting edge contemporary theatre, Devil May Care’s productions will remain with the audience long after the curtain falls.

Our audiences must be willing to witness theatre that is out of the ordinary, and to be challenged by our productions' themes, content and style.

We are advocates of a collaborative approach and strongly believe that the Australian theatre community should work together to create a vibrant performance scene.

Devil May Care is a socially and environmentally responsible company.
